The 'ProLab' mixer is designed for use in a test bakery where accurate and repeatable batch performance is important.

The beater, bowl, side frames and all guards are manufactured from stainless steel.
The mixing cycle can be controlled by time, total energy or dough temperature constraint.
The mixing bowl is fitted with an insulated water jacket to allow heating or cooling as required.
110° tilting mechanism allows easy discharge of batches.
The mixer can be supplied with interchangeable beaters.
