semi-sweet and cracker biscuits from a sheet 120mm (4.7 inches) wide. |

A typical line comprises;
- 3-roll sheeting unit
- 1st gauge roll unit,
- standard conveyor,
- 2nd gauge roll unit,
- 2-roll rotary cutter and conveyor

| The standard
sheeting line is supplied with an electronically controlled individual variable
speed drive system with individual speed indication. |
| Optionally, the
machines can be supplied with full cascade control of speeds. |
| As well as
producing product samples quickly and cost effectively the MiniLab
sheeting line is also finding a place as a serious laboratory research
tool producing consistently machined biscuits. |
