| The MiniLab fig bar machine produces typical
rout product from a single nozzle.
It has separate paste and jam hoppers,
each with an independent electronically controlled variable speed drive to
a pressurising roller.

| The forming chamber and nozzle are custom
built to your requirements.
The extrusion is supported on a 120mm (4.7
inches) wide variable speed conveyor and the conveyor is fitted with a
guillotine to cut the product to its required length.

| The paste and jam hoppers, together with the
nozzle, are easily removed for cleaning.
Try different product shapes and
fillings quickly without the need for large quantities of material.
The
savings are tremendous when compared to the cost of a trial on production
plant.
